Coldrooms from Rinac come fitted with:
 

PANELS:

  • Pre Fabricated, Insulated Metal laminated panels
  • Insulation of Rigid Poly Urethene Foam ( RPUF)
  • Metal laminate of Pre-Painted Galvanised Steel ( PPGS) or Stainless Steel(SS)
  • Thickness of Insulation from 60mm upto 200mm
  • Panel width of 1200mm
  • Panel length upto 12500mm
  • Joinery is achieved through Camlocks and finished with Silicone Sealant










DOORS: Prefabricated, Insulated doors with great features:

  • Swing, sliding , Roll-up types
  • Non Corrosive, Non Metallic hinges , door handles and locks
  • Self Closing hinges
  • Heaters on DoorLeaf and frame condition
  • Audio Alarm for "Door Open" Condition
  • View port with Anti-Condensate glass
  • Lock Defeat Mechanism

  • Shatterproof Polycarbonate cover glass professionally designed cold room lighting

  • Embedded conduit for wiring
  • Safety devices like relays, SPPs, timers

REFRIGERATION: The heart of COLD GENERATION, Rinac’s cold rooms are
equipped with the latest State-of-art Refrigeration systems comprising of:
  • Hermatic or Semi-hermatic Compressors
  • Air Cooled or Water Cooled Condensation systems
  • High Efficiency Evaporators equipped with Auto Hot
  • Gas Defrost
  • All Metallic Casings in Galvanised Steel with powder coating finishes to withstand H500 test
  • Safety systems like High & Low pressure Cutouts, Microprocessor based Thermo controls
  • Drain tray and drain pipe heaters
  • Vibration eliminators in Refrigerant piping
